The works commenced quickly and the team were a delight to have working on our house and were all very child-friendly, in fact the children especially miss Aussie Matt saying hi every morning.

"From the very beginning, when we first met Matt Grimshaw from Loftscope, we knew we were in good hands. Out of 4 different, he was the only person who told us that we would have no problem fitting in the new staircase to the loft without having to go into our small bedroom. All the other companies could not tell us for definite. Matt had a very good knowledge and understanding of what we needed from what we have described to him, He was exactly what we needed to know. His quote was also very reasonable compared to the other 3 companies. The final cost was very close to what was quoted. The small difference to the final cost was down to us requesting for additional extras.

We were introduced to Matt Knight, as soon as we have appointed Loftscope to carry out the work. He was very professional, organised and informative. He would always get out of his way to ensure a smooth operation on the job. Not only was he helpful to us, he was also liaising with our neighbour who we shared a party wall with, who just needed reassuring, as and when required. We were also fortunate to have one of their best teams, project managed by Marcin. They took pride in their work and always cleaned up after each job. We have cream carpet and it stayed cream after 6 weeks of work! A very hard working team who got on with their work with minimal disruption to our day to day living.

When our friends asked us how our loft was coming along, they were all amazed when we told them that the work was already completed, in exactly the time Loftscope quoted from the beginning, 6 weeks! We knew the finished work was brilliant, but compliments from friends and family who has seen the work made us feel very proud and that we made the right decision to have chosen Loftscope. One friend of ours, who’s in property management, told us we’ve picked a great company. He has dealt with lots of building companies he was very impressed with the work. He told us its always worth paying extra for hassle free quality work. The truth is, Loftscope was one of the cheapest we have been quoted.
