Who are we

Loftscope is based in Sutton and headed by Matt Tyler. All our staff are directly employed by us; unlike our competitors we don’t use sub-contractors or commission-based salespeople. Our architects will provide creative and functional designs to suit your needs.

For your reassurance, we are Members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

Having your own people means that we can give you 100% at all times, so we never have to let you down, such as in an emergency, or even if we need an electrician to move some cables he can be there if necessary. Unlike our competitors, who rely upon sub-contractors, who can only be there if they have no other commitments

Central point of contact

When you choose Loftscope for your loft conversion or building works, you won’t have to liaise with a wide range of salespeople, tradesmen or contract managers. You won’t have pay various suppliers for labour or materials either. You can simply deal direct with everything through our office for your convenience.  

Professional appearance

All our vehicles are sign-written with our distinctive Loftscope logo, and all our team wear branded shirts. Unlike stereotypical builders, our skilled tradespeople are friendly, and under strict instructions not to work shirtless or swear on site!  

Our clients

We convert lofts, build extensions and refurbish houses direct for homeowners in Surrey, South London, West London and SouthWest London.

We have our own architects, and will also work on behalf of your architects if you prefer. Many of our clients are recommended to us by word-of-mouth, and we’re pleased to have built such a good reputation in the area.
